I had a very serious mold problem in my home. It was causing my headaches, runny nose as well as breathing problems. I called Patriot Environmental, they came out the next day and found the problem with my window seals. John took samples of the Mold and the air. He was very polite and explained the lab results in a way that I could understand. I found the communication with them to be excellent and they are some of the hardest workers I have seen in a long time. From start to finish, they were very professional, courteous and very helpful. Donna and John, worked with us, as agreed, to empty the heavy furniture and many boxes out of the spare bedroom room that had the visible mold. When I found a leak in my dishwasher, I called Leesville flooring and they sent Patriot Environmental out. From the beginning, Michelle was a light in the dark during a stressful and difficult time She stayed with me the entire time the insurance adjuster was out. While she did her inspection, she made sure to take the time to explain different scenarios & options. She was super helpful, made me feel comfortable and was amazing to work with. We came home to a flood from a broken hot water heater on Friday after Thanksgiving, it was 5 pm and they had somebody at my home removing the water and cleaning up the mess within an hour after calling them. I needed a mold inspection. not sure if i was going to get scammed or not. A Home Inspector recommended Patriot Environmental. I called Patriot and made an appointment for someone to come by my house and do an inspection for mold. Donna from Patriot Environmental, was my inspector she showed up on time. i found her to be very honest and i could tell she knew what she was talking about, she wasn't trying to talk over me with tech talk.

When the septic backed up in one of our rental properties, we called Patriot Environmental. John was very sympathetic and carefully explained every step of the process as well as helped with claim process. They went above and beyond to keep our tenets informed as well. I contacted Patriot Environmental through Angie's list, desperate for help with water under my hardwood floors! John was at my house within an hour. After he explained what i needed, he went to work setting up their machines. John came to my house again the next day (50 miles one way!) to check the moisture level and then the next day to check the levels again. Once he was satisfied that the floors were dry, the equipment was removed. He also handled the bill with my insurance company. John was very professional and I would highly recommend his services
