Patriot Environmental Cleaning & Restoration Services began as a humble yet small environmental consultation firm specializing in indoor air quality testing, mold assessments/remediation protocols as well environmental site assessments. However, during this time we noticed two alarming trends. One a large portion of those we served either had no insurance or their policy would not cover professional mold remediation services. The sad reality of this fact was a significant number of those were Veterans. Secondly, as larger corporate brands chased water damage caused by powerful storms such as Harvey and Michael; there was large void in available emergency restoration services.
As we began exploring opportunities to expand the Company, a team with over 10 years of restoration industry experience was assembled. However, as a Veteran owned and operated company we wanted to bring that same tenacity and commitment to our clients. With this in mind, we quickly realized that we could be the honest, straight-forward company that southwest Louisiana and East Texas needed. What sets us apart of others in this Industry? Patriot Environmental is unique because we make it a priority to service the surrounding area rather than waiting for a disaster to strike then chasing insurance companies for large payouts.
